  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

  • 1-1/2 cups Ranch-style salad dressing

  • 9 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes

  • salt and pepper

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter

  • 3/4 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce

  • 3 tablespoons salad seasoning mix (such as McCormick® Salad Supreme Seasoning)
